Who It's For

For women
at any age and every life stage

Adolescence (16 Years & Above)

As a girl's body begins establishing its natural cycle, estrogen and progesterone start finding their rhythm for the first time. Seed cycling offers gentle, food-based support during this transition — nutrients like zinc, magnesium, and omega-3s help the body regulate itself as cycles become more consistent over time.

Reproductive Years

Through the reproductive years, hormone balance affects everything from mood and energy to skin and sleep. Seed cycling supports the natural production and metabolism of estrogen and progesterone, helping the body maintain a smoother, more balanced cycle month to month.

Trying To Conceive

When trying to conceive, hormone health becomes central to the process. Seed cycling supports estrogen and progesterone — the two hormones behind egg development, ovulation, and implantation — while nutrients like zinc, magnesium, and omega-3s help support reproductive health and egg quality.

Perimenopause

As hormone levels begin shifting in perimenopause, the body needs extra support navigating the change. Seed cycling helps support estrogen and progesterone balance during this fluctuating stage, easing some of the transition as cycles become less predictable.

Menopause

In menopause, dropping estrogen and progesterone can bring hot flashes, insomnia, and mood changes. Seed cycling won't restore hormones to pre-menopausal levels, but it can support the transition — offering nutrients like flax lignans and healthy fats that help ease symptoms and support gut, bone, and cardiovascular health, all of which can be affected during and after menopause.

Quality & Transparency

Nothing hiding in our scoop.

We test our seeds through a food testing laboratory for heavy metals and microbiology. Most seeds on supermarket shelves are never tested at all, even though studies show many carry concerning levels. Ours are tested, every batch. Here are our actual results and how they compare.

up to 4x
lower cadmium than typical flax seed and sunflower seed products
4
heavy metals tested — all within safe limits
<10 CFU/g
for yeast & mold, well below the microbiological limits common in seeds

Why heavy metal testing matters...

Seeds naturally absorb metals from the soil, and published research consistently finds heavy metal levels in off-the-shelf seeds well above what we've measured in ours. Without testing, you're left guessing. We do the testing for you.

Common Questions

Most women notice meaningful changes within 2–3 menstrual cycles (roughly 2–3 months). Some women report improvements in digestion, skin clarity, or mood within the first 4–6 weeks. We recommend giving it a full 3 months before assessing your results.

While individual experiences vary, our customers commonly report improvements in cycle regularity, reduced PMS symptoms (bloating, mood swings, cramps), clearer skin, better sleep, and overall hormonal balance. Results depend on consistency and your unique body.

If you have a regular cycle, Phase 1 begins on the first day of your period and runs for approximately 14 days. Phase 2 begins after ovulation. If you don’t have a regular cycle, follow the lunar calendar — Phase 1 with the new moon, Phase 2 with the full moon.

Simply add 1 seed cycle scoop (2 tablespoons) to your smoothie, yoghurt, porridge, salad, or any meal. No blending or prep required — just sprinkle and eat. Take Phase 1 seeds during the first half of your cycle and Phase 2 during the second half.

Yes. Seed cycling is often enjoyed by people on or coming off hormonal birth control. Our blends contain wholefoods naturally rich in fibre and essential nutrients that complement your existing routine.

Our seeds are wholefoods that many women enjoy as part of a balanced diet. However, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new dietary practice during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
