Your Seed Cycling Starter Guide
All you need to start in one place.
The daily ritual for your wellbeing
Know Your Day 1
Day 1 is the first day of your period; that's where your cycle (and your seed cycling) begins. Not menstruating, your cycle's unpredictable, or you're on hormonal birth control? Follow the moon instead: the new moon starts Phase 1, and the full moon starts Phase 2.
No regular cycle? Scroll down for moon cycling.Know Your Phases
Phase 1 starts from Day 1 through to ovulation or Day 14. Phase 2 starts from Day 15, or ovulation, through to your next period. You will receive both phases; just swap when you move into your next phase.
Seed cycling isn't one-size-fits-all. If you track ovulation, swap blends when you ovulate. Not tracking? Day 15 is a simple default, especially if your cycle is shorter or longer than the average.
One Scoop A Day
Add 1 scoop of the seed blend to your morning smoothie, oatmeal, salad bowls, congee, or flatbreads. A daily ritual that is simple enough to actually stick to.
The scoop in your pack is the exact right amount, and we have a section on the back of the pouch for you to tick off every scoop you take!Give It 3 Cycles
Give it time. Within a month, you'll likely notice small things — less bloating, steadier energy, PMS that hits a little softer. By two to three months, most women notice the bigger changes show up: clearer skin, more predictable cycles, and PMS that's actually manageable.
Your seed cycling blends
Golden Blend
Rich in lignans, omega-3s, and zinc from the seeds to support oestrogen balance and follicular development. Turmeric and moringa for anti-inflammatory support, Ceylon cinnamon for blood sugar stability, and maca root to boost energy and mood as your body builds toward ovulation.
Dusk Blend
Rich in selenium, vitamin E, and zinc from the seeds to support progesterone production and ease PMS symptoms. Camu camu for a powerful vitamin C boost to support immunity, cocoa & cacao nibs to support magnesium stores, and cardamom and Ceylon cinnamon to ease bloating.
Let the moon guide you
No regular period? Follow the moon instead. Whether that's menopause, postpartum, hormonal birth control, or just an unpredictable cycle, the lunar calendar gives you a rhythm to follow when your body isn't giving you one.
Moon Cycling
Align your phases with the moon cycle. The full cycle takes about 29 days, similar to the average menstrual cycle. You can find the current moon phase at timeanddate.com
Start your Golden Blend on the New Moon. Continue for approximately 14 days.
Switch to your Dusk Blend on the Full Moon. Continue until the next New Moon.
How to take your seeds
Your seeds work in any meal or snack. The most important thing is getting your daily dose in — here are the most popular ways our customers enjoy them.
Sprinkle It On Food
Sprinkle 1 scoop onto salads, soups, pasta bowls, and yoghurt bowls. Our blends go well with both, sweet and savoury.
Add It To Your Smoothies and Shakes
Add to a smoothie or shake with milk of your choice. Great for when you're on the go!
Use It In Sweet Treats, Baked Goods and Flat Breads
Add them to your energy balls, muffins, and flatbreads. Just be mindful of the temperature, as essential fatty acids are heat-sensitive. Keep baking temperatures low (around 175°C / 350°F or lower) or experiment with no-bake recipes.
Tips From Us to You (to make the most out of this practice)
Take it in the mornings — You can take it anytime, but pairing it with breakfast means it supports you through the whole day and gives you a small, built-in pause to slow down and nourish yourself before the day picks up speed.
Don't stress the odd missed day — These seeds are cumulative, so one busy morning won't undo your progress. Just get back on it tomorrow.
Track your seed cycling — use our tracker at the back of blends pouches to know exactly which phase you're in at all times.
Give yourself the full 3 months— Your hormonal changes are gradual. Most women start seeing real shifts around month two or three. Stick with it, you've got this!
