What is seed cycling?
A food-based ritual for every woman.
Seed cycling is rotating specific seeds in two phases, in sync with your cycle or the lunar calendar. We've amplified the practice with carefully selected superfoods. Each phase is designed to support your body across the full month.
Seeds and superfoods. Two phases.
Specific seeds and superfoods in Phase 1 and Phase 2, each with a different nutritional profile designed to nourish you throughout your cycle.
One scoop daily.
Stir it into soups or smoothies, and sprinkle it on your salad or fruit bowls. It is that easy.
Consistency is key.
Good things take a cycle (or three). Seed cycling is gentle and food-based approach, most women feel the shift within 2–3 months.
Who it is for
Support that meets you where you are in your cycle
Our seed cycling blends are not a treatment for any medical condition. But many women incorporate it as part of a broader approach to eating well at any age or season in life.
PMS and Cycle Support
The week before your period can feel like your body's against you — bloating, mood swings, crying at a commercial. Seed cycling won't erase PMS, but it softens the swing.
PMOS and Irregular Cycles
PCOS often throws your hormones off their usual rhythm, and no seed undoes that overnight. What seed cycling offers is steady, food-first support your body can lean on. If your cycle is irregular or absent, you can follow the lunar calendar instead.
Hormonal Acne and Skin
Breaking out in the same spot every month? That's hormones, not bad luck. Whether it's hormonal acne or your skin adjusting after coming off the pill, seed cycling supports the shifts behind it.
Perimenopause and Menopause
Your body starts changing without warning. Seed cycling won't stop that, but it gives your hormones steady ground while everything else shifts. Many women in menopause use seed cycling with the lunar calendar for general wellbeing.
Fertility and Preconception
Trying to conceive puts your hormones front and center. Seed cycling feeds your body what it needs for ovulation and implantation, right when it matters most.
General Wellness
No specific condition needed, just a consistent daily ritual of adding good, wholefood nutrition to your day, that supports your hormones behind the scenes.

Singapore's first seed cycling blends
Made to support you naturally
Our own journey with seed cycling showed us how powerful simple, cyclical nourishment could be. That’s what inspired us to create Second Nature. Our mission is to make women’s health simple and empowering, creating evidence-informed products and resources that support women throughout their lives.
So many women deal with PMS, bloating, acne, mood swings, fatigue, and we're told it is “normal,” or that birth control and painkillers are our only options.
We’d both lived it ourselves, and the more we listened, the clearer it became: women needed a gentler, more supportive way to care for their hormones, one that worked with the body, not against it. Love Divya & Medha, Co-founders
